I wanted to drop you a line and congratulate you on the quality of your service. Thanks to you and your guys for making our move go so smoothly! Crews both moving out to storage and moving in to our new house were excellent – guys were punctual, hard working and well organized – nothing of note broken on either side and no nicks in the walls etc of either house. Price was competitive and a free month of storage was very welcome. I’ll also post comments up on yelp.com so you get another good review out there.

This email is a little late, but better late than never. I wanted to say thank you to you and Atom Moving for a job well done. Granted I am sure I was not even close to 1500 lbs, but your prices were great so it was still worth it for me. I have heard such horror stories from people with hidden charges, additional charges, things missing, broken.. just awful stories which is why I was so pasty about it. But, Atom Moving did the job as you said they would, efficiently, on time, with no hidden charges and pleasant attitudes. I'd use you guys again in a heartbeat.
Now, your rating with BBB is "satisfactory".. I think you should work towards "excellent" or at least "very good" because honestly you are. If I can write a letter or do anything to help that effort, please let me know. Send my thanks to the guys who did the pickup and the delivery as well as you and your "boss". I was pleasantly surprised.

Thank you so much for all your help during my daughters move to California. I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your patience with dealing with me on not even knowing where the furniture and boxes were to be delivered until pretty much the day everything was picked up.
I also want you to know that the two gentlemen who pick up everything were very thoughtful about everything they wrapped, taking things through the house and their crusty was so nice. I can't say enough about thier professional mannerism and ability to answer our questions at that time.
We would surely recommend Atom Moving to others.

I just had to email you to let you know that our delivery came last night! What a surprise! 9 Days!!! Everything went so smoothly with you guys and I can't say how very, very happy we are about this experience. My dealing with you was always easy; my dealing with the people in the office regarding payments and such went well too but then when the driver showed up last night THAT was even better. The drivers were the most kind and
conscientious people we've dealt with. We sent them off with cookies and bottles of water for their trek up to Colorado. Thank you so much for making what I had anticipated to be a huge aggravation a pretty great one. I will certainly pass your company name onto others looking for a moving company. On short notice (2 hours) you were able to move our beloved canon across the country (from Boston, Massachusetts to Pasadena, California) with minimal hassle.
