• Security- Security system comes in variety of ways and each storage facility offers different security systems such as: Computerize gate control, closed circuit TV monitoring, high intensity outdoor lighting, intercoms in hallways and elevators, windows and doors alarm, motion alarm systems for after hours, and locks for each unit.
• Temperature Control- Most storage facilities offers clement control systems both for the summer and winter, to protect your goods all year around. Heating system for the winter and cooling system for the summer.
• Extended Hours- Open hours of storage facility’s can change from one to another, some may offer excess only during business hours, and some offer 24 hours excess. Some facility’s offer excess only during business days, and some offer excess 7 days a week.
• Storage Units Sizes- Depending on your needs, most storage facility’s offers storage units in variety of sizes, from 5X8- 20X20 units. Each unit will be rated according to its size and some facility’s offers 1st month free upon signing.
• Excitability- Some storage facility’s offer outdoor units and some offer indoor units. If you are looking to store a boat or a jet ski or in a need for 24 hours excess, you should consider the outdoor units. In most cases the outdoor units are large and if you want need much space, you should consider the indoor units.
• Pet Control- protects your goods from any muses, ants and any animal that can damage your goods.
• Water Alarm- protects your goods from any flooding.
• Packing Supplies- Some facilities offer small stores where you can purchase boxes, tape and shrink wrap to pack your belonging.
• Package Delivery Acceptance- Some storages will accept packages for you, that needed to stored in your unit/s.
• Centralized Billing- If you have few storage units in deferent facility’s under the same storage company, they will be able to bill you in one invoice for all the units.
• Rental van or trucks- Some storage facility’s offer truck or van rental to move you’re belonging in and out the storage.
